Network Mosaic Membership
What am I joining?
The primary focus of Network Mosaic is to develop a training and communication network across the northern region for practitioners working with children, whose family and whanau are affected by mental illness or addiction issues.
Who should join?
The network aims to acknowledge and strengthen the wealth of professional expertise and experience which already exists within health, social services, education, justice and community development agencies. Member agencies and contact details will be listed on the website, but no individual contact details will be shared unless specifically requested by members.
What does it cost?
The network is based on a culture of collaboration, support and reciprocity, with costs kept to a minimum. A small annual membership of $30 per agency will help to cover administration and facilitation costs for the website and training events.
What do I get?
Annual membership will entitle each agency member to one free place at all quarterly meeting and training events. We anticipate that meetings will be held in different venues in the Northern Region, offering member agencies a chance to host Network Mosaic. Each meeting will be an opportunity to network across the sector, discuss practice issues, priorities and strategies for advocacy, develop working groups for specific tasks, and anything else the network members want to do!
Topics already on the agenda for up coming training include:
-
Information sharing between agencies working with a family/whanau
-
Peer support groups for children & young people
-
Developments from Australia (COPMI initiatives)
The training component of meetings will be open to non-members at $20 per place.
